Lindsay Gayle, LMHC, RPT-S
Owner, Supervisor
Lindsay (she/her) is a licensed mental health clinician and registered play therapist supervisor. She specializes in working with kids and families ages 3 and up and particularly loves the littles! In addition to extensive training in play therapy, Lindsay is trained in Theraplay as well, which is helpful with both younger children and parent/child relationships. Recently, she has completed training in Brainspotting and is pursuing certification in this approach. She also offers parent consultations and/or Brainspotting for parents and clinical and play therapy supervision.
Lindsay can often be heard saying that the considerable play therapy training requirements give us a “lots of tools in our toolkit, so we can truly meet kids and families where they are.” Her more recent pursuit of Brainspotting adds a brain body approach to deepen and extend processing and healing to enhance therapy overall. She is integrating this into her work with children as needed and appropriate.
Outside of work, Lindsay can be found hanging out with her two kids and husband, or getting away for a rare mom’s night out! She also enjoys yoga, bike riding and planning her next trip.
Session cost is $140.
