What we offer
ALL of are services are modifiable for the needs of the client and family.
Individual Therapy
We offer individual therapy for children and adolescents ages 3 and up. While confidentiality and therapeutic rapport is vital, this nearly always includes parents in some capacity, particularly the younger the client is. We specialize in play therapy, which can include both directive and nondirective approaches, imaginative play, sandtray, metaphorical, creative play and more.
Family Therapy
We offer family therapy for families in need of some additional support. This can be paired with individual sessions or the sole focus in therapy. Since we specialize in play therapy, it is often with a playful lens. We can modify and apply this to ALL ages, including adolescents.

Supervision
Lindsay Gayle, LMHC and Registered Play Therapist Supervisor offers individual and monthly group supervision for clinicians seeking their play therapy registration. Individual supervision is $100 per session. Group supervision occurs monthly in person and has limited spots. Cost is $50 per session.
